He stated that the quoted price was inaccurate, gave me a different price over the phone, and asked me to email the original quote it to him. I emailed it 5 days ago, and never got a follow up response. I called today to follow up, after speaking to several other limo companies, who provided quotes in a similar range as what he provided over the phone when we spoke. My hope was to get some clarity about the seating arrangement in the Sprinter and book with his company. Unfortunately, he was beyond rude to me, and spoke to me as if I could not afford to do business with this company. I simply asked him which vehicle the quote generated from his company's website was for, and he said "Unless you're paying $$$$$ I can't help you." I did not need Eddie's help. I needed clarification on the quote I received. Since he couldn't even offer that, we will take our business elsewhere, and I recommend others do the same.
