Your group rides in its own Sprinter van, mini bus, or coach, with flight tracking and a single point of contact at dispatch. The shuttle is never shared and makes no extra stops. - Send your group details. Tell us the airport, passenger count, luggage, destination, and flight numbers. A spreadsheet of names and flights works too.
- Get a written quote and plan. We recommend the right vehicles and pickup schedule and confirm a flat rate in writing.
- We track every flight. Dispatch monitors each arriving flight and adjusts pickup times for early or late arrivals.
- Your group meets the driver. Each traveler gets the pickup instructions and the driver's contact details ahead of time.
- Direct to the destination. Your group goes straight to the hotel, venue, or office. One contact at dispatch handles everything from start to finish.

Airport Shuttle FAQ
Is this a shared shuttle?
No. Every RDV shuttle is private and booked only for your group. There are no strangers on board and no extra stops, and the vehicle leaves when your group is ready.
Which airports do you serve?
All three Washington-area airports: Dulles (IAD), Reagan National (DCA), and BWI. We also run transfers between airports and to private aviation terminals.
How do we meet the driver at the airport?
At Dulles, your driver meets your group inside with a name sign, and curbside pickup is available on request. At DCA and BWI, pickups are curbside right outside baggage claim, which is the fastest option there. Inside meet & greet can be added at DCA and BWI for an additional fee.
What if our group arrives on different flights?
Send us the flight list and we'll plan the pickups around it. Depending on timing, we either schedule several smaller vehicles or one vehicle that collects passengers in waves. We track every flight and adjust to actual arrival times.
How far in advance should we book?
Book at least 48 hours ahead for Sprinter vans. For mini buses, coaches, and large events like conferences, weddings, and graduations, book 2–4 weeks ahead, because busy weekends fill up.
How much luggage fits?
It depends on the vehicle. As a rule, plan on one large suitcase and one carry-on per passenger. If your group is traveling with golf bags, equipment, or oversized cases, tell us and we'll size the vehicle accordingly.
How much does a group airport shuttle cost?
